Breeding
Breeding Ribinas is a challenging endeavor that can prove both time-consuming and costly. However, with the right approach, you can contribute to increasing their population by successfully raising a litter of these adorable creatures.
Ribinas typically give birth to a one or two Rabas. Following childbirth, there is a mandatory one week cooldown period before they can breed again. Male Ribinas can engage in breeding activities once before the one week cooldown begins.
Breeding Season
The prime Breeding Seasons for Ribinas fall in the months of Feburary, June, and October. This means you cannot breed outside of the seasons unless if you have a Hydra Fruit.
Pairings
Choose a male and a female to be able to breed together. You have to use Lime Juice to be able to breed your Ribinas. You can use any other items to boost chances, though some items wont work for the automatic pairing system. You can tell which doesn't work for the system by reading the item discription. So depending on the item, you'd have to create a ticket on the discord in #help-and-requests or a claim on the site for it and staff will roll for you. After pairing, you will get either 1 or 2 pairing slots. Those will be MYO slots where you can design your own Ribina.
Only Normal Ribinas can breed together and get a Ribina while subspecies such as the Larsuku can breed together and get a Larsuku. You cannot crossbreed, such as Ribina x Larsuku because it will not work out.
Iniqu Breedings
You need to have Envisery to be able to breed Iniqus. They cost 1200 Essense and you can get them every October.

Pairing Design Rules
Rule 1
You have to use the colors and designs from both parents, depending on the traits passed. You have to use the colors that the Pairing MYO generates for you. You cannot use a different color that you can't see on the palette unless if you get a Fleala or Lilac Powder. However, you can use different hues of the color as long as it doesnt deviate from the original color palette. There will be a 4 colors generated and a gradient of the 4 colors to provide the possible hues you can use.
For example, Ribina 1 has saturated blue and dull brown colors while Ribina 2 has black and bright yellow colors.
You can use a dull blue, black, and light yellow for your Pairing Slot Ribina.

Rule 2
Using the colors and designs doesn't mean fully copying everything or just from one parent. You have to use a mix of both and a unique enough design do differentiate the Ribina from it's parents while still have similarities.
For example, the Ribina 1 has spots and stripes, and Ribina 2 has star shapes and gradients.
You can incorporate gradients and spots for your Pairing Slot Ribina.

Rule 3
You have freedom in the design itself, but make sure to look at what the parents have first and incorpoate a few markings from it. Coats are still needed to be drawn for breeding purposes, the only requirement because its a trait.

Rule 4
You can draw an adult Ribina, or a baby one. However, if you do draw a baby one, you have to include the adult version too. There will be no age ups.

Rule 5
You have to follow all traits and gender in the pairing slot. You cannot change it, but you can use a Roswa to reroll the whole litter.
Passed Genetics
There exists a significant likelihood of inheriting common traits (highest probability), uncommon traits (medium probability), rare traits (low probability), and enchanted traits (extremely low probability). As long as you have one trait of the rarity, there will always be a chance to get the trait.
How To Use the Breeding System
Step 1
Go to Breedings to see the system or Explore > Breeding Cove > Breedings.

Step 2
Put in a male and a female Ribina. You will see if they're compatible and if so, possible color palletes will pop up. These color palletes are not guarenteed and they are just to show you what colors you may get from the pair.

Step 3
If you are happy with the pair, add in Lime Juice as your Pairing Item

Step 4
Press "Create Pairing" button to breed the Ribinas

Step 5
Go to the Waiting tab and press "Create MYOs" button or press "Cancel" button if you change your mind about the pairings. Please note that after you press "Create MYOs", its final and you can't go back afterwards.

Step 6
After, the Pairing MYOs should be generated and you should get a notification saying it was successful. Go to your MYO Slots to see the pairings.
Breeding Permission System
If you want to breed with another Ribina that's not yours, you can with the other person's permission. People can offer their Ribinas for breeding for free, or with a fee. The person who agrees to let you use the Ribina creates the breeding permission. Go to Breeding Permissions tab to view your used and unused breeding permissions
Each Ribina has 3 breeding permissions. You can refill your breeding permissions for the male with Butterolls.

Both users have to agree on their own terms. Staff cannot enforce these agreements.

After creating a pairing, it will be in the Approval tab. The other user has to approve before the pairing gets created.

After the approval, the Pairing MYOs should be generated and you should get a notification saying it was successful. Go to your MYO Slots to see the pairings.
Age Ups
Age Ups are for Ribinas born before the new breeding system was implemented.
They are still available for previous Rabas, but in general, age ups have been deprecated.
After a week, you have the option to request an age-up for your Raba to become a Teen Raba. Following another week, you can further age it into an adult Ribina. The cost for each age-up is 1000 Flitters.
You can either do the age ups yourself or request the age ups using a ticket.
