Jellyfish parts such as the hood or tentacles of all shapes and sizes come out of the body or/and limbs

Elemental (fire, water, etc) or symbol that floats or attaches to the Ribina. It is not the mane/ruff or ribbon.

Long Tassels like fur anywhere on the body, head, and limbs. Max 6 tassels.

Body fur appears more curly, wavy, shaggy, etc than typical feline fur types. It can be any fur type you choose

Slightly longer fluff on the limbs, body, or rump that matches the mane or ruff.
But if it matches feather mane/ruff, it has to not look like feathers but more like slightly longer flowy fur.
