It can range from solid (not see through), cloudy/foggy, and SLIGHTLY clear. It cannot be fully see through.
Can be anywhere (such as head, body, tail, legs) BUT can only cover max 50% of the Ribina.

Slightly longer fluff on the limbs, body, or rump that matches the mane or ruff.
But if it matches feather mane/ruff, it has to not look like feathers but more like slightly longer flowy fur.

Long Tassels like fur anywhere on the body, head, and limbs. Max 6 tassels.

A tail that curls up and around
